Shipping policy
Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders during the launch offer.
Shipping countries
We ship to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 3 to 5 business days from confirmation.
- Delivery: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on country and city. Some shipments to Italy may take up to 14 business days.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our suppliers' warehouses, which may be located outside Spain. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer in peak season (Black Friday, Christmas) or for reasons beyond our control, such as carrier or customs incidents. We will let you know if we detect any delay.
Tracking
When your order leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show movement.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at heatcape18@gmail.com: if the order has not yet been shipped, we will correct it free of charge.
Orders not received or damaged
If 10 business days have passed since dispatch (14 for Italy) and you have not received your order, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us at heatcape18@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will investigate with the carrier and, if the incident is confirmed, we will send you a new product or refund the amount at no cost to you.

Returns policy
15 days to return it
If you're not convinced, you have 15 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. That's one day more than the legal minimum of 14 days.
How to return it
- Write to us at heatcape18@gmail.com within those 15 days with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form at the end of this page. Any unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw is valid.
- We will reply with the instructions and the address to which you should send the product.
- Send it within 14 calendar days of informing us of your decision.
Return costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. If the product is defective, damaged or does not match your order, we cover the costs (see the guarantee section).
Condition of the product
You may examine the product as you would in a physical shop. If you handle it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning and this reduces its value, we may deduct that loss in value from the refund. We recommend returning it with its packaging and accessories.
Refund
We will refund the amount paid, including any initial shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof of having sent it, whichever comes first.
Legal guarantee: defective products
In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If the product fails or does not conform to what you bought, write to us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a video. We will offer to repair or replace the product and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. In these cases, shipping costs are borne by us.
